VALUATION
Thanks to gained experience of our team in many complex facilities and over 500,000 thousand m2 of various fit out areas, we can quickly provide a very detailed budget of technical installation even at the concept stage of Space Plan. Additionally we can very quickly present a budget of a particular tenant proposing cost optimisation with maintaining the original design assumptions and building standard.
COMMISSIONING CX
Commissioning Cx – is a process thanks to which the investment is completed and ready for use.
It cannot be mistaken with the process of installation commissioning or the function of the supervisory inspector.
Commissioning process is derived from the construction of ships that had to be fully functional to sail on the sea. In real estate industry in Western Europe and the USA it is required by building law and is an important element while negotiating a lease.
In Poland the regulations are outdated and not adjusted for the pace of investments. In this race all participants of the construction process lose. The key benefits of introducing the commissioning process by the developer even on an early building concept with an architect and a designer are the following:

An investor/a tenant takes over a building that works as expected and according to the adopted assumptions and guidelines on the day of signing the acceptance protocol.
