Commissioning Cx – is a process thanks to which the investment is completed and ready for use.
It cannot be mistaken with the process of installation commissioning or the function of the supervisory inspector.
Commissioning process is derived from the construction of ships that had to be fully functional to sail on the sea. In real estate industry in Western Europe and the USA it is required by building law and is an important element while negotiating a lease.
In Poland the regulations are outdated and not adjusted for the pace of investments. In this race all participants of the construction process lose.
